The application dates for extended time and additional exams for students studying in our departments, as of the end of the 2024-2025 Academic Year and those who have completed the maximum period of study in previous years, in accordance with Article 44, paragraph (c) of Law No. 2547, and the exam dates are determined as follows.

Students who have completed maximum period of study can access their course information through the Student Information System (ÖBS).
Students can contact their advisors regarding courses they failed and/or missed. Students are required to submit a written petition to their department of enrollment by the specified dates. Sample petitions can be found at the link below.
This announcement is NOTIFICATION to the relevant students and no additional written notification will be made to the student.
Students who benefit from the right to extended time register for a course by paying the tuition fee per credit determined by our University based on the course credit. Students who benefit from the right to additional exams and unlimited exams pay the exam fee determined by our University for each exam. These students are not entitled to any other student rights other than the right to take exams.
The exam schedule for additional exams will be announced after the applications.
