During the course registration week, first-year students who wish to apply for exemption for courses they have previously taken and successfully completed at another higher education institution should pay attention to the following points:
Required documents for exemption application:
- Course Exemption Request Form (available from the link below)
- Approved course syllabi (obtained from the previous institution, sealed/approved or with QR code)
- Transcript – approved and up-to-date
Application dates: September 21 – 30, 2026

The above documents must be prepared completely.
Documents must be submitted to the relevant program directorate between 21-30 September 2026.
Applications will be evaluated by the Department Exemption and Adjustment Commission.
The evaluation result will be announced via the student information system and/or announcement board.
Important Note: Applications submitted outside of the specified dates will not be processed. To avoid any inconvenience, students are strongly advised not to leave their applications until the last day.
