Announcement Regarding Additional Exams And Extension Of Time For Students Who Will Complete The Maximum Study Period At The End Of The 2025-2026 Academic Year At Vocational Schools

ATTENTION STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE MAXIMUM PERIOD OF STUDY!

For students studying in the departments of our college who have completed the maximum period of study as of the end of the 2025-2026 academic year and in previous years, the application dates for an extension of time and additional exams, as per Article 44(c) of Law No. 2547, and the exam dates are determined as follows:

Students who have completed their maximum period of study can access their course information through the Student Information System (SIS).

Students can contact their advisor regarding failed and/or uncompleted courses.

Relevant students must apply in writing/with a petition to the head of their department on the specified dates.

This announcement serves as a NOTIFICATION to the relevant students, and no separate written notification will be sent to the students.

Students who take advantage of the extended study period will register for the course by paying the tuition fee per credit hour determined by our University according to the course's credit value. Students who take advantage of the extended exam and unlimited exam rights will pay the exam fee determined by our University for each exam. These students cannot benefit from other student rights besides the exam right.

The exam schedule for extended exams will be announced after the applications are received.
