General Department of Student Affairs

2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester Internal Transfer Applications Announcement

Intra-institutional transfers can be made within the quotas determined to diploma programs at the equivalent level within the faculty, college or vocational school.

In order to apply for transfer between diploma programs that accept students at the same level within the University, the student's central placement score in the score type valid for the diploma program he / she wants to transfer as of the year in which he / she took the central exam is not less than the lowest base score of the diploma programs of other universities in the country equivalent to the diploma program he / she wants to transfer.

Paid students who transfer within the institution pay the tuition fee of the department/program they are enrolled in. The scholarship and discount rights of students who transfer within the institution and pay scholarship or discounted tuition fees are reserved when they first enroll at the university. The education period of such students is calculated by adding the period before the transfer so that it cannot exceed the education period of the department or program they enrolled in.

In order to transfer, the student must not have received any disciplinary penalty.

Application Place: Student Affairs Department/Bahçelievler Campus
